WHO WE ARE:
Florida DeafBlind Association, Inc. (FDBA) established in 2004 by DeafBlind Floridians in Daytona Beach to provide resources and promote self-esteem and autonomy of the DeafBlind community. Members consist of DeafBlind Floridians, CoNavigators, friends and family.
OUR GOAL:
To provide resources that encourage opportunities for the DeafBlind individual to participate in community activities and to enhance accommodations at his/her job or school.
BOARD and STATE MEETINGS:
Our meetings are open to all who are interested. We encourage the DeafBlind to attend and interact. We want to learn what they have to say. During the meetings, we report on our progress, allow voting, and include social time.
